This survey is for people who
(a) are market researchers or people who work in similar roles;
(b) work in an organization which uses or buys market research;  and
(c) work in an organization which uses customer analytics.

If you complete the survey, you will be entered into a random draw to win an iPad 32GB with Wifi and 3G . As we are expecting a survey sample of around 300-400, your chances are reasonable.

Once survey responses are received, all information that identifies you will be removed.  Responses will only be reported in aggregate.  The research is purely for academic purposes. It has been approved by the Deakin University Ethics Committee.
